Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Due to an exceptional backlog currently being cleared, orders may take up to 14 working days to be processed and dispatched. We are working to reduce this timeframe as quickly as possible and will update this policy when normal processing times resume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

After dispatch, most UK orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail operations and circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow up to 17 working days from placing your order to receiving it (14 working days processing plus 1–3 working days delivery).
